FAQ:

1. The “in stock” ribbon bloom pictured in the product page will be the one that you will receive.  Any new restocked bloom will have a new picture so that you can see what you will receive.

2. RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Appel Blossom, so if you have any concern or problem with your order, let us know as soon as possible so that we can work to solve the issue. Please Email me at: appelblossom@hotmail.com with your concerns and questions.

Any bloom or jewelry piece can be returned for refund or exchange if it is not the item pictured on the product page.  Returns must be in sellable condition with no damage. The refund will be processed when we have received the returned item(s). We are not responsible for items damaged in transit after the order is shipped and any claims must be made to your carrier.

SHIPPING:

1. Your in stock order will be shipped on the next business day if possible and no later than the 3rd day after paid confirmed order. (Business day is Monday through Friday)

2. Shipping date for a SPECIAL ORDER will be determined at the time of paid confirmed order placed.

3. Expedited shipping will be charged based upon your choice of method and carrier.

4. Once the order is shipped and leaves our hands, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost, stolen, damaged in transit, misplaced packages due to the postal service or other carrier as it was not due to our error or under our control.
